Foodie Friday ~ March Menu

It’s Frid-YAY and my first Foodie Friday post! I’ve been working on my March menu trying to incorporate some of my families trusted favorites as well as some new recipes we plan to try this month. I love cooking vs. baking because you have more flexibility with creating your own special twist on a recipe. Unfortunately, baking isn’t always so flexible and its usually safer to stick with the main ingredients and directions instead of doing your own thing. For now I’m going to make this in a list format until I can figure out how to create a pretty calendar each month…

March 1st – 3rd

Thursday: Fish taco salad

Friday: Organic BBQ Hamburger Salad

Saturday: Organic Asian Beef Salad

March 4th – 10th

Sunday: Cajon Salmon with salad

Monday: Organic Chicken enchiladas with salad

Tuesday: Organic Chicken tortilla soup

Wednesday: Take Out

Thursday: Carne Asada baked roll-ups with salad

Friday: Take Out

Saturday: Fish Tacos

March 11th – 17th

Sunday: Baked breaded white fish and steamed veggie – DON’T FORGET TO CHANGE YOUR CLOCKS!

Monday: Organic Ground Turkey Tacos or Taco Salad

Tuesday: Organic Ground Turkey Hamburger Salad and Oven Baked Zucchini Fries

Wednesday: Organic Chicken, eggplant, goat cheese, and pine-nut roll-ups or wraps

Thursday: Organic Buffalo Chicken Salad

Friday: Takeout

Saturday: Tuna Melt Panini and salad – HAPPY ST. PATRICK’S DAY!

March 18th – 24th

Sunday: Cajon Salmon with salad

Monday: Organic Chicken baked roll-ups with salad

Tuesday: Organic breaded Chicken and zucchini bruschetta

Wednesday: Organic Beef taco salad

Thursday: Organic Asian Beef lettuce wraps

Friday: Take Out

Saturday: Organic Chinese Chicken Salad

March 25th – 31st

Sunday: Breaded Fish with salad

Monday: Organic Ground Turkey meatballs with ratatouille and goat cheese

Tuesday: Organic Ground Turkey stuffed bell peppers

Wednesday: Sweet Potato vegan burger patties with salad

Thursday: Organic Chicken Stir-fry with sliced almonds and vegetables

Friday: Takeout

Saturday: Organic stuffed Chicken with salad

I plan to blog a few of these recipes over the next month… And one of these days I’m going to challenge myself to make a different recipe everyday for an entire month!
