My name is Nicole and I am a full-time working mom who loves educating people about living a healthy lifestyle… I am a yoga instructor, with 200 hours of teacher training through yoga-works. I currently teach at my workplace for employees only but I am available for private instruction. I received my Bachelors of Science degree from San Diego State in Nutritional Science and have used that passion for food in cooking for my loving family and friends. I am the first to admit I do not have a perfect body and I think that this is what sets me aside from your typical ‘gym rat’ who might push you into a workout that you don’t enjoy or get you to eat foods that don’t taste good. I believe in incorporating exercise and food into your own personal lifestyle and most importantly, educating people why this is so important. I am 5’2″, size 6, with a curvy body, and after having a baby (and a c-section) I know it will never be the same but I am so thankful to be a Mommy. I plan to use this blog to talk about everything from healthy recipe ideas, yoga poses, meditation, fitness, balancing life, and other wellness tips. I hope you follow me on my journey…
