February 13th: Monday Motivation

Happy Monday…  Did you make the most out of the first day of the week?  I know for myself, if I get up early and fit my workout in at 6am instead of 8pm, it gives me that much more time in the evening to do all the things I need to do around the house (and trust me, my to-do list is never ending!)

I decided to post some inspiring quotes I found on (you’ll never guess…) Pinterest!  In fact, when I’m feeling like I need just one more push to get out there and run or lift weights, I love Pinterest for that extra motivation… Enjoy!

Is that inspirational enough?  Work it!
